Faizan Jawed Siddiqi is Lecturer and Digital Learning Fellow in the Department of Urban Studies and Planning, MIT where he has led the formulation and implementation of the digital learning strategy. Faizan holds a Masters and PhD in urban studies and planning from MIT and a bachelor in architecture from the University of Mumbai. Faizan’s research focuses on urban and regional planning in emerging economies, specifically focusing on economic development, land governance and affordable housing. At MIT, Faizan has developed and taught graduate courses in research methods and design.
