Patrick McKee is a Postdoctoral Associate in the Department of Linguistics and Philosophy. As a SERC Postdoctoral Associate, he leads a research group focused on the ethics of technology. As a Digital Learning Lab Fellow, he supports MOOCs across different areas of philosophy. Patrick received his PhD in philosophy from Brown in 2025. His research and teaching interests include AI and animal ethics, connections between consciousness and the good life, and vagueness in the mind. He holds an AB in applied mathematics from Harvard.
