As robots’ use and capabilities have grown, humans have examined ways to better facilitate human-robot interaction. Robots have slowly evolved to the point where they can, in limited ways, work near or in the presence of humans. MIT researcher Serena Booth and Harvard Assistant Professor Elena Glassman will join MIT Horizon to discuss the evolution of human-robot interaction and will explain their research on how humans can model their behavior to better accommodate robots. After the talk, Serena and Elena will take questions from the audience.
