Learning Expo Exhibitor Information
Thank you for your interest in this year's Learning Expo! The Expo will be Wednesday January 29, from 12:00-2:00, and is an integral part of MIT's institute-wide Festival of Learning.
If you are engaged in projects or initiatives in digital education, online learning, education research, or other initiatives related to teaching and learning at MIT, the Festival Expo is an opportunity to share your work with the wider community. Exhibitors gain institute-wide exposure as well as the additional opportunity to learn about the work and research of their peers. The most effective exhibits are projects or initiatives with a high degree of interactivity: where Expo visitors are invited to experience an initiative or explore an educational activity.
Exhibitors are typically given a full or half 6' x 30" table as well as electrical power, table cloth, wifi, and a computer monitor if desired, but we will try to accommodate additional needs if possible. If you are interested to exhibit this year, please send email to festival-expo@mit.edu with the following information: Name, email, MIT status, name of project, project description, and any special needs beyond the above, by December 15, 2019. We are not always able to accommodate all exhibitors: early submissions as well as those with most relevance will be given preference.
If you have questions please also refer to the above email.
Thank you!
