Biography

Karen Mileski is Director of Marketing responsible for developing and implementing MIT Open Learning's marketing strategies to drive brand growth, customer engagement, and revenue.

Prior to joining MIT, she held marketing leadership positions at global consumer products organizations including Hasbro, Coty, Revlon, and Kraft Foods.

She holds a BA in Economics from College of the Holy Cross and an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business.
