Operationalizing the Learning Engineering Process for Online Training

The following document is a case that presents the development, implementation, and iteration steps of an internal MITx Residential course developed to support the use of Lightboard lecture capture technology by MIT faculty, instructors, and teaching assistants. While the Learning Engineering process is operationalized in many different ways within MIT Open Learning, this specific case highlights how each phase of the process was deployed over the course of this multi month project and next steps for the work.
