As teachers, we all strive to be fair. This sounds like a straightforward goal, but getting close to this target is complicated by systemic inequities and when our students' expectations differ from our own. Prof Terry McGlynn will describe how we can develop a student-centered learning experience that will help increase student engagement and move past common barriers to student success.
