Lisa Schwallie supports and oversees Open Learning’s business and operations functions. She works with the leadership team to define and implement strategic, operational, and organizational improvements; to identify new business opportunities; and to plan and manage cross-functional projects. Lisa leads Open Learning budgeting and planning, human resources, finance, reporting, marketing, communications, customer service, administration and space.

Before working at Open Learning, Lisa served in education as CFO of the Harvard Library and as Director of the MBA Program Office at Stanford’s Graduate School of Business.  Prior to that, Lisa worked as a consultant for McKinsey & Company. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a BS in Physics and a BA in Philosophy from Duke University.
